Our Founder - Colette Baini CITP
Colette Baini is a leader in the design and professional delivery of incentive travel and conference programs, since 1997. Renowned for producing unique, innovative events and experiences with a flawless performance record, Colette is a passionate advocate for creating connected experiences that challenge the status quo and leave an ever-lasting impact in the hearts and minds of every guest that visits this great land of Australia.
Colette is the immediate past president of SITE Australia & New Zealand.
In 2023 at the SITE Global Conference in New York, Colette was awarded the SITE Kevin Forde Spirit Award.
